Occupation: n/a Location: REGION IV-A (CALABARZON) "probably include in your course sign up page some easy to answer questionnaire to assess the attendee's initial knowledge. this will help the instructor to somehow tailor-fit how the course is to be taught to the level that the attendees can understand. also, a four-hour session is not enough relative to the volume of concepts discuss in this training. for someone like me who does not have any accounting background at all, although the training touched on the foundations of accounting, i would still consider this course as Basic Accounting 102 rather than 101. :)" |

Occupation: Self-Employed Location: REGION VII (CENTRAL VISAYAS) "I think it would help to explain the basics well first. I think the pace was a little too fast and I think everything was sort of squeezed in in 4 hours and it became too overwhelming. It would be nice to include how and where new business owners could start with accounting since it does say it's for business owners and self-employed. Like how can I create my own P&L or other relevant financial statements in a simple way regardless of the complexity or nature of my business? Something that can be understandable by all. How can I understand or make sense of financial statements? How do I know the health of my business and that it is doing fine or will be on the red? On the flip side, I could really see how well the speaker is and how much she knows of the subject matter." |
