"I was hoping that will be more focus regarding the basics and the terms. It seems like this workshop was created for people who already have a background with accounting or are accounting students already. I had a trouble catching up the items being filled in the table let alone with the terms being used. There was a brief definition and intro of accounting at the start as well as the use and the cycle but it still feels like it was a huge jump. Maybe they could split this session from those who are really just getting into accounting/learning the ropes for their business to those who are ready to make the books/accounts/statements. It was a full-packed session that instead of learning, I think I got more confused. However, attending the workshop led me to the understanding of the importance of journaling, recording all the transactions, being aware of what will be required from me in case I hire someone to audit instead."
